What I dont understand is such a large list of bats from ASA in 2002 that they said were illegal all of sudden now past ASA 2004 bat specs. It seems ASA is caving in to the bat mfgs and caused a lot of players time and money for no good reason. Just my opinion but ASA needs to make a stance and stay with it if those bats that were found to be illegal in 2002 with there standards then they should still be illegal unless ASA soften their specs to appease the bat mfgs.


I say STAY TOUGH if going back to wood bats save lives then lets do it and you can see by WORTH's reponse they believe they have the upper hand. No wonder they dropped the law suit after selling a few more bats they will get ASA to soften up there specs again to make those bats on the illegal list now legal again
