High school
 
High school softball 2 person mechanic. Runner on first only. She attempts to steal second, throw from catcher goes into center field. Runner breaks for third. Would base ump chase her to third? Or does plate ump come up to take the call?

Standard mechanics BU has R1 all the way to 3B.
