Some players are wearing a 'cheat sheet' on their wrists/forearm. Is it legal to wear one one their belt?

They shall be worn as attended by the manufacturer. (on the wrist/arm).

Is it a playcard holder designed to be worn on the belt??

Or is it a playcard holder designed to be worn on the forearm that is being worn on the belt??

While philosophically I agree with Mike, most rulesets do state that all equipment is to be used/worn as designed by the manufactuer.

With that said, there are flat playcard holders that have a loop to go around a belt that hang suspended from the belt, and the larger tubular wrist style.
