R1 on 1B, stealing on the release of the pitch. R1 collides with F3 before the ball is hit down the 1B line. The collision clearly prevents the fielder from fielding a batted ball. OBS or INT?

Based on the description, this sounds like OBS, because at the time of the contact no fielding opportunity exists, yet.

Looking at the highlighted part of this question, in all rule sets with which I am familiar, this would OBS.
