I didn't register w/ USA for 2020. Hopefully, w/ the vaccine available, I'll be on some fields this year.

I recently downloaded the USA Umpire Exam. Now I'm wondering about the status of the Rules Book. Did I hear "keep your 2020 book because there won't be a 2021 book"?

What year was it that USA was talking about putting the Rules Book on line as they did with the Umpire's Manual?

That is correct, there were no new rules for 2021 so there will be no new book for 2021. Keep your 2020 book, new (2020) books will be available for those that register in 2021 that did not register in 2020.
