Kansas or Kentucky NFHS Umpires.
Last week, in a NFHS Facebook group there was a ongoing discussion regarding a Special Rule adopted by either Kansas or Kentucky. I can't find the discussion nor can I remember if this State was my birth state, the great State of Kansas or of the State was Kentucky. That said.....
The Rule adopted was that F3 and F5 had to wear a mask. AND that F2, F3, and F5 could not remove their masks to field a Batted Ball. I would appreciate it umpires from the State involved would enlighten the Forum about the Special Rule. Thanks, MTD, Sr.
