Honigs Website Troubles
 

Be careful if you are ordering from Honigs.

They are running specials then not sending out what you ordered. If you go to their website they are showing the Item in stock at full price and that it is in stock.

I just got off the phone with them and they are telling me that they have bigger problems with their website than not sending me my order because a lot of customers are having their Credit Cards charged multiple times when they check out.

Please be careful when ordering from them and double check your Credit Cards for possible over charges.

Made a purchase last week, two jackets (one thermal, one shell) and two shirts. $80 total (with shipping), got the order in less than a week. Credit statement looks good, only billed once.

Website was very slow, and I don't like how the shipping policy isn't outlined (the shipping would have been two dollars more if I added a third shirt). Other than that, great experience.

Edit: I see they still have the two jackets and shirts at the discounted price.

I try at all costs to avoid dealing with Honig's at this point. I really wish they would change the name of the company because it is no longer associated with Dick Honig as he sold the company and the headquarters is no longer in Ann Arbor where it was for years.

I only deal with them now when I absolutely have to (they are the official provider of certain equipment I have to purchase). I have not made my purchases for this year and now am scared to do so.
