Mound Visits Between Innings
Simple question. Can a coach visit the mound between innings w/o being charged an official visit?

A charged conference is when a representative of the team calls time to confer with their players or delays the game to confer with them. It's between innings, the ball is not live and the teams can do pretty much what they want with their 1 minute to warm up. No, it is not a charged conference between innings.
