NFHS Varisty girls. DP comes in to pitch top of 4th inning. Flex stays in the game at SS. Bottom of 4th DP bats and get a single. Can the DP have a courtesy runner?

Yes the DP is the pitcher, batted for themselves, got on base and is entitled to a courtesy runner.
