Gorilla Grip in NFHS?
Is Gorilla Grip (similar to resin bag) legal for pitchers to use in NFHS? If so, what rule does that fall under? Thanks!
|
It isn't specifically covered in the rules but I do have an email somewhere from nfhs stating it is legal.

This is a copy and paste from the email. I had contacted them in response to some posts claiming to be a news release from NFHS endorsing Gorilla Gold.
Richard, The NFHS is not in the business of making endorsements for products; thus you will not find a press release from NHFS on a drying agent. Gorilla Gold is similar to other drying agents and should be treated as such. This means it may be used and may be kept in the pocket or on the mound for NFHS games. Theresia D. Thanks
Thank you for the info. Much appreciated.
