jumping over a fielder

In ASA and Fed:
Can a runner leap/dive/hurdle over a fielder.
If not, is she called out?
Is it a dead ball?

No rule against it in asa. Fed unless the fielder is laying prone it is a dead ball and out.

Thanks.
I just tore through my 2015 ASA book and saw no mention of this rule, so thanks for the heads up.

Read the first paragraph of ASA RS 13.

Also, another case when the Note appears under "runner" but not under "batter-runner".

Thanks. Since only jumping is mentioned may we assume that diving over a fielder is legal as well?
