Tripping?

Here's another situation from last night. What's your call?

A1 has dribbled the ball towards the corner flag and then turned and starts a run along the goal line. B10 attempts a slide tackle, sliding on the ground in front of A1 and the ball towards the goal line (perpendicular to A1's path). The ball (a) makes contact with B10 or (b) is played over B10 by A1 without making contact. A1 then trips over B10 who is still lying on the ground.

Falling over another player is not being tripped as long as the other player does nothing like aiming at the other player, raising a leg while prone, etc.
Ball contact does not matter.
