Anyone out there no the answer !
A soccer official on a dual referee system arrives at half time..His job kept him at work.
Are there deductions from his pay and dose the other referee get paid more for doing first half alone?

Pay is a local issue. NFHS does not address pay in their rules.

In my State the pay scale for Varsity contests is set by the State. All other pay issues are negotiated between the Schools and the local referee associations

In our association, first the School would be expected to pay both officials the entire game fee. We would then recommend to the official who showed up late to pay the other official 1/2 of the game fee.
