Fed rule

Can't find anything in rule book.
Bases loaded, no outs, all 3 runners are off their bases before pitch released. How many outs could you get?
If possible, mention rule #.

Intentional walk-fast pitch fed hs

On an intentional walk, should time be called, then the umpire issues the walk?
The case book says it's dead ball time. So, is that the same as time out?
(case book 2.65.2a)

no catch?

Receiver goes up for pass, catches the pass well in-bounds, but defender comes down with him, both have their hands on the ball, while going out of bounds.
Is this a catch or not?
Thanks in advance

So, it is permissible for the head coach to request a time out, go over to the R1's stand to question a call (by the R1), as long as it is immediately after that specific call.

Bob, 12-2-6b states 'confer with officials during a requested time out'. To me that would be either the R1 or R2.

Thank you Felix, but I didn't quite get the gist of your response.
By rule, (in Fed), can the coach go over to the R1, during a time out, to discuss a call he/she made?
