NCAA rules. If a batter makes contact with the ball while their knee is outside the batter's box, on the ground, is the batter out? The rule says a foot, but I wasn't exactly sure. Rule reference...

If a tourney says no new inning can start after 80 minutes, THAT is a 80 minute time limit, not 90. No reason at all to state both.

I am not buying into the camera angle theory. You look where his feet are positioned in comparison to the chalk line. The ball clearly was touched in foul territory.
