You can't eject for an intentional foul. Period.

A flagrant foul can be the result of some intentional acts, but that use of "intentional" is different from the use in Intentional foul.

I was serious in that I think it's a good exercise in flagrants and double fouls and false double fouls, etc. I just wanted, for this purpose, to take the LGP as a given and not get into a debate...
