He is allowed to legally block the receiver until that receiver occupies the same yardline as the defender. In the NFL he is allowed a 5 yard "chuck" zone but NCAA there is no such rule.

I would be real cautious about using the terms feints, fakes, and deliberate and claiming they are part of the game when in fact the NCAA book uses those words in some of their rules in dealing with...
