Dude you are so wrong. I have seen many times where refs made phantom calls and Cuban *****ed about it. He was right. You might not like his method, but he was right.

As far as the star treatment goes, Those guys are evaluated and have to watch their own films as a crew and grade themselves on how they handled each game. I don't believe an individual would last...
