Don't forget possibly traveling.
If A1 shoots at B's goal, misses and catches the rebound even without dribbling, he probably lifted his pivot foot on the try(not shot). If the goal is considered the floor, then he has traveled.

You're missing the point
If you are throwing the ball to the shooter while a teammate is coming in to a lane space, you must not be paying attention.
Get the ball back even if the shooter catches it and let him come in.

No team control though
First, a throw in ends the ball is legally touched, a foul or violation occurs, or the ball becomes dead. The throw in ended with the foul. Since neither team had control, go with the AP.
