Held Ball on the Throw-in
Team A has a throw-in. A1 reaches the ball through the plane and B1 grabs the ball and ties it up. Should a held ball be called even though A1 is out of bounds? Where is this in the rule book?

Rules question...
A1 is dribbling in his/her frontcourt. B1 bats the ball into Team A's backcourt and the ball bounces in the backcourt. A1 goes back and picks up the ball. When did Team A's ten-second count begin?
