Steven, thanks much for your support. I see they have deleted at least two of your posts. I guess the problem is that this really isn't an "Ask the Umpire" site. Still, I think I have asked some reasonably intelligent questions and I wish the gurus would look upon it as a way to perfect their explanatory skills without the spittle and dust flying in the heat of battle :-). Anyway, thanks again for understanding the spirit of my posts.
