Summary page of fouls and penalties
Is there some kind of summary of all of the fouls and penalties, etc, for lacrosse? I am a new official, and am having trouble sorting all of them out - which are releasable and which are not, which are 1 min or 3 min or 1-3 min, etc.
I'm just looking for a handy reference to help me memorize them. All I have been able to find is a list of which ones are personal fouls and which are technical. Thanks in advance!
