Which is more important in a lacrosse game: Good mechanics or the ability to control the game? Can you do both and be successful?

Yes, in order to control the game, you must have
good mechanics. If you are in the proper spot, the
calls will be easier to make, and you won't miss the
call which can cause loss of control, or tempo of
the game.

Reflax,

Thanks for answering the post. I am trying to compile the information for the Officials course that I am teaching.
