Can anybody tell me some hockey quotes?

I've heard it said that "the referee's best friend is a moving puck" (in reference to keeping them skating, letting them play, etc)

Parents at hockey games have changed dramatically over the years... It has gotten crazy and be advised some of these knuckleheads need to get a life!

The last one I heard in the locker room was as a result of a hotly contested game with screaming parents coming out of the rafters mainly big women with big lungs, big behinds and big bad verbiage... The official uttered "Hockey gives a new meaning to the once stately terminology known as MiLF?" Knowadays it means "Mothers I'd like to Fight...! :D

I think it's funny in the 8 years that this forum has been around, nobody had already taken the name "Referee". :D :D

Said by a vet to a rookie partner working his first game:
