I've been given 4 more invites and I don't know what to do with them, the first 4 people to e-mail me asking for one (who haven't yet recieved one) will get them.

Click on his "profile". You can e-mail him from in there.

That's the problem; there seems not to be any place where I can click on a profile. If one does member search, it is disabled, and the posters name is not linked to his profile etc. Is there a setting that I may have changed that turned off profiles showing? This is frustrating.

Can you describe where exactly the profile is located on the page?

Look under each post made by an individual. At the bottom left under the posted message, you will see "profile". Just click on that, and the profile of that poster will come up- including an e-mail contact function. You may also see "mail" on the same line, to the right of profile". If that is there, just click on "mail" for that poster, without having to click into the "profile".

What is Gmail?

As part of Google's mission to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful, we're testing an email service called Gmail.

Gmail is a free, search-based webmail service that includes 1,000 megabytes (1 gigabyte) of storage. The backbone of Gmail is a powerful Google search engine that quickly finds any message an account owner has ever sent or received. That means there's no need to file messages in order to find them again.

When Gmail displays an email, it automatically shows all the replies to that email as well, so users can view a message in the context of a conversation. There are no pop-ups or untargeted banner ads in Gmail, which places relevant text ads and links to related web pages adjacent to email messages.

Quick Facts

Cost: Free
Storage: 1,000 megabytes
Languages: Only available English during this testing period, but can be used to send and read emails in most languages
Automatic forwarding and POP3 access: Not available yet, but will be in the future for free or at a nominal fee
Supported Browsers:
- Microsoft IE 5.5+ (download: Windows)
- Netscape 7.1+ (download: Windows Mac Linux)
- Mozilla 1.4+ (download: Windows Mac Linux)
- Mozilla Firefox 0.8+ (download: Windows Mac Linux)
- Safari 1.2.1+ (download: Mac)

Search, edit/delete and quote are the 3 options shown, no email or profile option is available.

Thank you for the help, not sure why I don't show these options.
