NFHS AllAccess App Bugs
 

Has anyone else experienced problems with using the NFHS AllAccess App? When I login, the app immediately tells me "Your session has expired, please login again." This is so annoying, especially because I like to access the rulebook online.

For those of you that had this bug, what was the fix?

I find the need to constantly log into the app annoying as well. I don't have an answer for you.

I sent an email to [email protected] saying that if they were going to require authentication on the app so often, they could at least incorporate FaceID on iOS and whatever the Android equivalent is so I can pull the rule book up quickly on the field if I needed to have a conference with a coach without having to dig into my password manager app too.

To their credit, they actually responded that they have taken that suggestion under advisement.

I also emailed them yesterday. I still have not heard from them.

Helps to go into the storage settings for the app and clear cache. If that doesnt work, do both cache and memory. If you do memory, youll have to redownload the books.
