Yes, RefPay changed its name to ArbiterPay when Arbiter acquired it.

I recently had an assignor ask me for my user name & ID for ref pay.
What the heck (or where) is my ID?
Thanks again

The branding is poor and seems to change depending on what page you load. But, all of those are essentially the same company.

You need to set up your bank information on ArbiterPay/Refpay. It's been a while, but I think you can link this account to ArbiterSports using the Payments tab on Arbitersports.com so your contracts could be paid easily.

I haven't had an assigner/AD ask for my arbiter account info because the ones that pay me that way are also using arbiter for the contracts, but I do see there is a transfer option on the ArbiterPay site that looks like it requires the payee's username and account number (Arbiter account...not bank account) to complete the transfer. You can find this number on the Accounts tab on ArbiterPay/Refpay.

I *think*:

log into arbiter. click "payments". follow the instructions to register or you will see your arbiterpay account numbers

They are asking for your user name and acct #:. This is common in Michigan for schools who use Refpay to pay, but don't use Arbiter for scheduling or have assigners that assign through Arbiter and pay for the payroll function.
