Officiating Quote
 

I've seen a quote at a clinic before that is several sentences long and starts out "Officiating is the only job where you're expected to be perfect on the first day, and then get better" or something like that. There are 5 or 6 sentences talking about the expectations of a sports official by others.

If anyone knows where I can find the whole text, I would really appreciate it!
