FBS Crews ALL Wearing UA Uniforms

I have noticed in the first weeks of the new college season that just about all crews working in the FBS have matching UA officials uniforms. Did UA strike a deal with all the conferences or was this decision made by the individual crews? Lastly, are there rumors IF UA will have a new basketball referee shirt?
