Where's the ball spotted?

I came over from the Basketball board to ask this question. NCAA rules - on what yard line is the ball spotted following a touch back on a kickoff? Is it different on a touch back following a punt?

I thought I saw two different spots due to those two different causes last weekend and I wanted to clarify. Thanks.

KO = 25
Punt = 20

Thanks. BTW - I see guys on the sidelines who take care of providing balls to the officials and they're wearing some kind of vest with a "K" on it. What's the "K" mean?

K=Kicking ball. The NFL has specially designated kicking balls that neither team has access to so the kickers can't do anything funny with them.

Thanks again guys. If any of you have any questions about basketball, come on over to our forum.

BTW - we've got a funny guy on our forum named Mark Padgett. We IM each other from time to time. A while ago, he sent me this football joke:

A guy takes his blonde girlfriend to a football game. It's the first time she's ever been to one. They watch the first half and then he asks her how she likes the game. She says it's stupid. He asks her why she thinks that. She says she doesn't understand why all the guys on the field keep smashing, tackling and blocking each other for 25 cents. He asks her why she thinks they're doing all this for 25 cents. She replies that she keeps hearing the teams yell, "GET THE QUARTER BACK"!
