on this play. was there a possibility for to declare dead ball ?

long time ball did not move. and some time no player did move in direction of ball.

Yes, if everyone walks away from the ball and leave it there, but that is not what happened. Pretty quickly the deep wing realized the situation and moved towards the ball and then picked it up.
