spot of enforcement
A has 1/10 with ball on their 25. During play, ball is in the hands of QB at his 22 when a hold occurs on A and is flagged at the 24. QB is tackled at 30.
My belief is that it is a spot fall, and that it should be 1/21 but was told it should be from previous spot. We discussed it, looked at all but one, but still confused. Only talking a yard of course but want to get it correct. Would appreciate your input.
