Colts-Eagles plays
Hi guys, I would like some football officials opinions on two plays from Monday night's Colts-Eagles game.
First play: TY Hilton holding/PI? This is the best video I could find: http://gfycat.com/UncommonInsistentDeviltasmanian Second play: LaRon Landry horsecollar on Darren Sproles? No video, just this picture: https://i.imgur.com/iranlzt.jpg I read the rule (Rule 12, Section 2, Article 15) but I'm not sure if I understand how it applies. It seems to suggest that pulling the jersey is also horsecollaring. How do you interpret the rule in regards to this play? |
First play was a missed holding call
Second play wasn't a HC tackle..hand has to get inside the shoulder pad or inside the collar of the jersey. |
