Punter kicked ball in his blockers back and it bounced back to the kicker and he ran away from the defenders and kicked it again. Legal or not? Legal in all Canadian rulesets, at any time. Kicking the ball is a legal way to advance field position. The exception being that only onside players may recover without penalty.
