Thanks. Yes was definitely on my bucket list as well. So grateful for the opportunity. I've been to several Shrine Bowls simply as a fan, and it seems like an awesome event (the whole week).

Congrats on your selection.
My father had the Honor to work the Shrine Bowl in 1973. Not only did he enjoy working the game, but he had a great time at the events leading up to the game. My mother also had a great time. She and the other official's wives were in the parade the morning of the game. Once they arrived at Memorial Stadium, they were escorted to their seats by the Shriners and in her words "they treated us like Royalty." Actually I think my mother enjoyed it more than my dad. Again, Congrats and Enjoy. |
