Don't think I've ever seen it in a college game, although there are and have been plenty that should.

Happened earlier this year in a game between Savannah State and Miami. 77-7 F.

The FAMU at Ohio State game was shortened with a running clock or shortened quarter in the second half this season.

A D-III game up here last year ended in with about 13 minutes left in the 3rd quarter after the the the third player of the game left in an ambulance.
