NCAA Timing

Midway through the fourth quarter with the game clock running, the linesman stops the clock administratively to fix the chains. At the time of the stoppage, there are 13 seconds remaining on the play clock. After the chains are fixed, R resets play clock to 25 and winds. Any problems?

Some discussion that we should have added time to the game clock because we reset.

I can see this making a difference at the end of the game, if A is leading and B has no TOs left, but I don't think there is rules support for doing it.
