On !st down from their own 20 yard line. the center which is number 6 is on the end of the line with 5 players to the left of him numbered 50-79 are on the line of scrimmage. there are 2 players to the right of the center off the line of scrimmage. is this a legal formation? #6 is on the end of the line.

So far, you've got only 6 on the LOS, so it's not legal. If there's a man on the LOS on the other end, it would be legal.

In NFHS, there is no requirement that the snapper be in the "center" of the line or that he must wear an ineligible number. Provided the other requirements are met (5 with ineligible numbers and 7 on the LOS), the formation would be legal.
