kick return penalty enforcement
 
On a kick return that is post Possession where would a penalty on the return team be enforced frpm. If it eas ahead of the end of the run would it be enforced from there as opposed to the spot of the foul if behind the end of the run.

I think what you are asking is after the kick has ended, where would a foul by R be enforced? Think All But One.

So if the foul is for holding 15 yards ahead of the end of the run, you want to give R an additional 5 yards for committing a foul? Don't think so!
