Launching on PAT/FG
Question:
In High School, if a player from the PAT/FG block team launches or jumps up in the air and lands or comes down on any member of the PAT/FG kick team isn't that a flag? Wasn't that a point of emphasis about 5/6 years ago? |

Strictly a college rule.

Correct. In HS he just can't use another players to gain leverage for the block.
And the college rule only applies to someone 1 yard or more from the LOS who moves up to the LOS and then leaps. It doesn't apply to the lineman who leaps and then lands on someone of the guy who stays a yard behind the LOS and has an offensive player come out to him while he's airborne. |

An NFL rule as well to run and leap and land on players if more than a yard from scrimmage during a field goal or try kick.
