NFHS : Receiver Pushed OOB On the Catch
 

Receiver catches the ball. DB pushes him out of bounds before he can get one foot in. I thought that would be a no-catch in high school. Correct or not?

If he's pushed, no catch. If his forward progress is stopped in the field of play and he's carried while being in bounds, it's a catch regardless of where he lands.
