Rich Right. All but one. If the illegal touching is behind the line of scrimmage, the spot of the touching will be the enforcement spot. If the illegal touching is beyond the line of scrimmage, the previous spot will be the enforcement spot.

I've only seen it called once(and to be fair)this was the only time I have seen it. It was also in a 9 man game which (I think ) would. be tougher than 11 man due to numbering requirements not being there in 9 man
