Pass Interference or not
 
NF rules.

4th down and 10 for A. Obvious punting situation. A88, the "gunner" races downfield, all the while being blocked by B22.
Punter throws (A) a "normal" pass to A88 or (B) a high arching pass intended to resemble a punt.
I know in NCAA the officials judgment as to whether or nor this is pass interference or not. In NF do the officials have this option.

No such rule in NFHS but I do know officials give a little more leeway to the defender for contact. It could still be an unfortunate DPI call though if the contact is there. Until the rule changes we have to enforce it this way.
