NFHS Part I Test

Anybody have a copy of the Part I test that you could send me?

And so it begins......

How many states still use them? We've not gotten them in NC for four or five years now. Strictly online exam now.

Anybody have a copy of the 500-question data base that our state uses? :D

There isn't a single exam as it is all online now. States that use them can choose to have all officials answer the same 100 questions or they can randomly generate 100 questions for each test taker. Even if the same 100 questions are used they can be given in random order to each test taker. So even if you get a spreadsheet from someone it doesn't mean your area will have the same questions.

In Utah, we still take both tests. Part 1 is to be certified and Part 2 is to be playoff eligible. Both are online and the same 100 questions in a random order. So if someone has it, thanks. We can't even see it until Thursday

In WI we have yet to receive our rulebooks.

As a general rule, we do not allow the passing out of current rules test.

Many/most states treated the Part I test as the practice exam. NC used to distribute with the rule book packet but I'm not sure I've gotten one since 2007 or 2009. With the change to online examination, I imagine states and the Fed are cutting back the costs. We've not gotten the S&I aka funny book for several years either.

It is possible to print your NFHS online exam after the scores are released. Either print screen or copy/paste to Word will work. They can be used for study questions for the following year. The Fed still continues the practice of reusing test questions. The web site just shakes them up so each official gets a slightly different exam.
