Punt Return
Can someone tell me do punt return yards from inside the end-zone count for the total return yardage of the game?

From an official's standpoint I have no idea because that is not our responsibility. You might ask people on a fan site or coach's site (seriously) as someone might keep that information and know. And I think it is different from other levels.
Otherwise welcome to the forum, but do not be surprised if you do not get a definitive answer here to this question. Someone might know, but not what most of us focus on. Peace
