D intercepts the ball at the 5 yard line. His momentum carries him into the end zone where he fumbles the ball out of the end zone. Where is the ball? 5 yard line or touchback and the 20 yard line????

5 yard line. This is the momentum exception to the rule that would otherwise deem this a safety (not a touchback), since the defensive back forced the ball across his own goal line.
