Free kick out of bounds

FED rules: Free kick out of bounds untouched AND illegal block in the back by K during the kick.

What are R's options?

I would offer the options for each of the fouls, though they can accept just 1 penalty for multiple live-ball fouls.

Result of the play (spot where ball left field)
5 yards and rekick (kick OOB)
10 yards and rekick (IBB during kick)
25 yards from previous spot (kick OOB option)

This order is calculated to provide the option most likely to be accepted last.

It's one of the options. I agree that there's no logical reason to select it, but would you go to the mat defending the logic of coaches?

I've had JV games take the 5 yards and a re-kick (sans-any other foul) because they wanted to work on their return game. Some of the JV coaches are not obsessed with winning but rather running good plays.

Not around here. I think a lot of JV coaches want to win at all cost.
