NFL Films Legend dies.
Steve Sabol
This is not about rules or even officiating, but I think this is a huge loss to the football community. I would have never wanted to be an official if I did not love football so much and this man is almost the main reason why. Godspeed Steve. Peace |

Sad to see him gone. At least he got to see his father honored in the HOF before he passed. While his dad is the founder, he was as much a driving force behind the success of NFL Films.

Actually Steve was a co-founder accoring to the reports I saw.
