Automatic 1st downs and Loss-of-down penalties are part of my crew's pregame meeting.

Fouls that include an automatic 1st down:
DPI
3 types of Roughing (passer, kicker, holder).

Fouls that include a Loss-of-down:
OPI
Intentional Grounding
Illegal Handing
Illegal Touching

4 types of roughing: you omitted the snapper. As a former snapper myself, I always remember that one. :)
