3 man mechanics

I need to present the 3 man mechanics in written form. Since it is no longer in the Federation mechanics book does any one know where it is on the net? Thanks

this years manual says to go to the web site and get it from there. http://www.nfhs.org

otherwise, use last years manual

Thanks, I tried their site and could not find it specifically. I do have last years book but I would rather not retype the whole thing. More specifically, I need the exact address where I can find it already typed out.

You can go to the site. Select "sports specific material" Select "Football" and then select "3 man mechanics". It is about 20 pages or so.
